Even if your farming is smooth, the random number generator might be unreliable for extended periods. Resplendent Sparks are your backup plan. You can obtain Resplendent Sparks by completing Season Journey, defeating Echo of Lilith for the first time in a season, or disenchanting unwanted Mythic gears.
Crafting is further divided into Random Crafting and Targeted Crafting. Random Crafting requires 2 Resplendent Sparks + 50,000,000 Gold at Blacksmith to craft a random Mythic Unique.
